Where we deliver
We are based in Karachi and deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the product, colour, delivery address and total amount before we dispatch it.
Please make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is correct and reachable — we cannot dispatch unconfirmed orders.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your city and the courier's schedule. We will tell you the expected delivery date when we confirm your order, and you can check your order status at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Payment on delivery
All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment is needed.
When your parcel arrives
Check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
If the parcel looks tampered with or damaged, refuse it and contact us straight away.
Keep the box, invoice and accessories — you will need them for any warranty or return claim.
