These terms apply to all orders placed on tech-501.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices and stock can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you will not be charged.
Orders
An order is accepted once our team has confirmed it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it, or if the details provided are incomplete or incorrect.
Payment
Orders are paid Cash on Delivery to the courier when the parcel is delivered.
PTA approval and warranty
PTA approval status and warranty details are listed on each product page. Warranty is provided by the brand or distributor named on the product, subject to their terms.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy.
