Do I need an account to order?

No. Add products to your cart and check out as a guest with your name, phone number, email and delivery address.

How do I know my order has been received?

You receive an order confirmation email, and our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details before dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and the email you used at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.

Do you deliver outside Karachi?

Yes. We are based in Karachi and deliver across Pakistan. See Delivery Information for details.

Are your phones PTA approved?

Are the products genuine and do they have warranty?

All products are genuine. Warranty details are listed on each product page and are provided by the brand or distributor.
